‘Meikle Tòir‘ (big pursuit) is GlenAllachie's heavily peated Speyside single malt. The 5 Year Old Chinquapin One started its maturation in ex-Bourbon Barrels, and then was finished in Chinquapin Virgin Oak Barrels. Botted at 48%.

"Coming in at 35 PPM, the whisky has a sweeter style of smoke character owing to the mainland peat from St. Fergus used to kiln the barley. After a lengthy 160-hour fermentation, the whisky has a complex character which stands up well to ageing in virgin oak casks."

Cù Bòcan is a moderately peated Single Malt Scotch Whisky made by Tomatin Distillery; which is in the Highlands. This 15 Year Old version of Cù Bòcan was matured exclusively in ex-Oloroso Sherry casks before being bottled at a robust 50% ABV.

"Cù Bòcan 15 Year Old takes us back to where it all began, when we first started producing lightly peated spirit at Tomatin Distillery in the midst of winter. Matured fully in Oloroso Sherry casks for a minimum of 15 years, this is a decadent single malt with sun dried fruits and smoky exotic spices."
