Bit of an anomaly on the label for this one. It says 'Speyside,' but Glen Garioch is actually a Highland distillery. Surely that alone makes this collectible, aye? (we kid)
This is a wee'un, really, coming in at just 8 years. But it speaks to the ethos of Iain Croucher and the team at North Star: if you have something that you feel has come of age, bottle it, age statement on the bottle be damned. This cheeky wee GLen Garioch was matured in a refill Hogshead, before being finished in ex-Oloroso. Only 260 bottles, a handful of which have made their way to KWM.
Natural colour, non-chill filtered, and bottled at 53.3% abv.

Distilled in 2006 and bottled at 19 Years of age and 56.6% ABV, this Glen Moray was matured in an Oloroso Hogshead. 190 bottles from the casks in total, with only a small portion of that coming to Canada.

Equinox & Solstice Summer 2022 edition is a Glen Garioch. Composed of two 1st fill bourbon barrels filled in 2011 and bottled at 10 years of age at this series' hallmark strength of 48.5%.
