The Domaine des Nymphes is one of the smallest estates in Rasteau with only 6 ha including 3 in PDO Rasteau and 3 in AOP Côtes du Rhône Villages. In April 2019 the estate was taken over by Eric Petitjean, owner of the Château la Croix des pins located on the appellations Ventoux, Gigondas and Beaumes of Venice. With Jean Pierre Valade, his friend and oenologist they produce generous, fine and elegant wines. The vineyard has started its conversion to organic farming as soon as it is resumed in 2019.

Les Encostes" represents the classic cuvée of the Domain of the Nymphs. There is Jean Pierre Valade's touch which vinifies the Croix des Pins into a fruity red wine, with generous but always silky tannins, which offers power and elegance. It will accompany a duck breast, charcuterie or a beautiful cheese tray. It's 70% grenache and 30% syrah.

"Samsara, a new project from Priorat produced by the team of enologists Eva Escudé, Coca i Fitó and Trossos del Priorat in Gratallops. Samsara is an approachable, modern wine that brings Priorat to the palates of the world. Samsara is made from Garnacha (50%) and Cariñena (35%), with small amounts of Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon, all of them from the Gratallops and Vilella Alta areas. The vines are 15 to 70 years old! The nose offers aromas of ripe red fruit, tangerine, light balsamic, and delicate spice. The palate is fresh and nervy with ripe supple tannins."
