"Astra Primursa is the third release in the Dry Hop Series. This blend of one, two, three and four year old mixed-fermentation barrels is a collision of two worlds: old world East Kent Goldings and new world Amarillo. These two wildly different hops meld delightfully to dry hop this beer. The result is juicy grapefruit, tropical starfruit, and marmalade hop character balanced by a full, round texture and medium-high acidity."

The blend of 75% Spontaneous and 25% Mixed Fermentation gives the depth and complexity of Spontaneous with the brightness and vibrance of Mixed Fermentation. The result is a balanced beer with stone fruit and ripe apple aromatics, savoury wine depth, with a bright citrus finish and medium acidity."
