"Bière des Charentes is a mixed fermentation blend featuring unique characteristics imparted by a 24 month fermentation in Cognac barrels. These barrels originated in the Charente region of France where Cognac is made. The result is a blend focused on the bright fruit notes of brandy, with savoury leather and saline character. It finishes with drying tannins and subtle fennel notes, highlighted by a balanced medium acidity. We hope you like it."
