The Bearface Whisky brand has made a name for itself by taking Canadian Whisky and tweaking it by adding other spirit, finishing it in different casks, or using other innovative ideas, to transform the whisky. The Wilderness Series 02 takes high-proof Canadian Whisky stock and cuts it with "distilled water collected from the maple-smoked salt making process, where seawater is evaporated over maple wood fires". Bottled at 42.5%.
