Tequila Ollitas is made by the great Orendain Family, which has been making the Mexican Spirit since 1840. The Ollitas lineup is produced at the Casa Mexicana Distillery by Marcela Orendain Gonzalez. Marcela's brothers Jaime and Eduardo are responsible for the production of Arette Tequila at the nearby El Llano Distillery.

This Reposado Tequila is made from 100% estate-grown blue agave, just like all of the Arrette line.
Arette is the product of 2 brothers of the famous tequila distilling family Orendain. Eduardo and Jamie are part of the 6th generation of the family and operate the El Llano distillery in the heart of the city of Tequila. Arette is the name of a horse that brought home 2 gold medals in the 1948 Olympics. Aromas of moderate oaky vanilla, spice and mildly floral. Lightly sweet agave with hints of more spice and earth along with hints of charred oak.

It is Doubled distilled by Franciso Banuelos using an alembic pot still made of copper and steel.
