The Rocket Top is bottled at 50% from a High Rye Mashbill. This Redwood Empire Bonded Rye is made from a four grain mash bill consisting of 57% Rye, 5% of both Wheat and Barley, and 3% Corn.
Bottled at 50% ABV. As a Bonded Rye Whiskey, it has to adhere to the following rules as laid down in the Bottled In Bond Act of 1897:

Aged in the temperate climate of the Northern California coast, the original distillate was altered only by the addition of pure water from the Russian River Valley aquifer. Pipe Dream takes its name from a 1,340-year-old, 367 foot tall Redwood Tree in Humboldt Redwoods State Park of California. The Bourbon (not the tree) is a batch created from a blend of barrels from a variety of sources that are between four and twelve years in age. The result is bottled at 45%. The combined mash bill is 75% Corn, 21% Rye, and 4% Malted Barley.

Redwood Empire's Emerald Giant Rye is bottled in California but given it's Mash Bill of 95% Rye and 5% Malted barley it is likely sourced from MGP's Distillery in Indiana. This is not a bad thing as this distillery is responsible for some of the best Rye Whiskey around. This bottle takes its name from a Redwood tree that goes by the same moniker. The tree is 359 feet tall and about 1180 years old. The Whiskey is a blend of 3-5 year old Rye Whiskey bottled at 45%.
