"The 2021 growing season got o to a slow start with a cool and damp spring and flowering period. However, a dry and warm July, August and September allowed the vines to quickly be able to make up for lost time. With smaller than average crop levels and perfect ripening conditions from September through to Thanksgiving, the fruit was able to achieve excellent flavour and phenolic ripeness, and was harvested with high levels of concentration and aromatic intensity. An outstanding vintage that has produced bold red wines that are full of character."

The 2022 vintage is made up of 46% Merlot, 36% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 18% Cabernet Franc that spent 18 months in French Oak barriques and puncheons (47% new oak) before being bottled.
