Typical white wine of the Ascoli Piceno province.  Pale yellow color with a touch of green; intense and somewhat persistent in the nose with fruity and floral notes.  In the palate it is dry, fresh, “warm”, somewhat soft and persistent with a final acidity that is quite clean. A traditional blend of Trebbiano, Passerina and Pecorino. Pairs well with antipasti of fish and meats, vegetables and cured olives, mixed ascolane fried foods, all meals.
