Leopold Bros Three Chambers Rye Whiskey

The Three Chamber Rye is made using heritage Abruzzi Rye and a three-chamber still. It is released in small batches or single barrels that are at least 5 years old.

The Leopold Bros Distillery opened in 2014 and is located in Denver Colorado. The distillery makes whisky and other spirits from grains and fruit sourced as locally as possible - just about everything is grown in Colorado itself, including the Rye which is grown at Leopold Bros' own farm. One of the unique features of the distillery - at least by American standards - is a malting floor which is used to malt grains on site. They also use an on-site dunnage warehouse as opposed to the more typical Rickhouse with multiple floors for ageing.
