Today Le Cinciole is a modern and dynamic farm, 100% sustainable.
This wine is crafted from 100% Sangiovese grapes, vinified in cement and aged in cask for a year, followed by an additional year in cement. It presents a medium-bodied profile with brisk acidity and well-integrated tannins, offering expressive floral and savoury overtones. The palate reveals notes of strawberries, raspberries, and mild spices, leading to a succulent and crisp finish with sour cherry character.

Previously sold under the Chianti Colli Senesi name, this cuvée comes from part of Le Ragnaie (Troncone), a vineyard located just under the 600-meter limit decreed by the government for the production of Brunello and Rosso di Montalcino) It offers aromas of black cherry and spices, with a rich and silky mouth. Its well-integrated tannins and persistent finish make it excellent value for money. Ideal to accompany grilled meats and pasta. A refined and pleasant Tuscan.
