From Camrose, Alberta's True North Cider Co. This Peach Blossom Cider features a light aroma, crisp body, and citrus finish. It was aged with hibiscus flowers to enhance its aroma and flavour.

Remember: Dry hopping is the process of adding hops near the end of the brewing process. This results in very little bitterness, but showcases the more aromatic qualities of hops. This cider has a nice, round fruity base, and has wonderful tropical fruit and melon notes along with hints of herbs and maybe even grass.
