Situated in the Laconia region of Greece, Monemvasia Winery was founded in 1997 by the Tsimbidis family, with a vision to reinstate the unique, albeit lost in time, Monemvasian terroir on the world map of winemaking, investing solely in Greek, local varieties. They have thirty hectares of organic vineyards to date.

Medium yellow colour with greenish tones, aromas from yellow-fleshed peaches and citrus fruits, and especially, lemon and grapefruit. High acidity, distinctive minerality and an almost full body with a long finish.
Try it with fried fish, spaghetti carbonara, grilled vegetables with citrus sauce.
