This is only the 2nd bottling of Kavalan matured in Madeira to come to Canada, and it will be the last for a while; they don't fill a lot of Madeira casks. Bottled at 55.6%.

Producer Tasting Notes:
Nose: Fresh fruits such as grapes and apples are met with sweet spices. Popping through the nose of rich baked red fruit are hidden toffee and vanilla, followed by hints of tobacco leaf and sweet cherries.
Palate: Rich and creamy with apricots and melons, topped with white pepper, cinnamon sprinkles, and zesty cherries.
Finish: A sweet and fruitful, well-balanced finish with touches of oak, spices, cinnamon sticks and caramelized sugars - with of course, a delightful Madeira cherry note on top.
