Made from 70% Vermentino and 30% Viognier, this aromatic white wine from Giorgio Meletti Cavalarri exhibits notes of stone fruit, white flowers and light citrus.
Giorgio Meletti Cavallari operates a winery within the Bolgheri region of Tuscany. Borgeri is an older version of spelling for this region and gives this white wine its name.

Straw yellow color with greenish reflections, intense and complex aroma of fresh white pulp fruits such as banana pear, on the finish there are notes of clumps and yellow fruit, important fresh floral hints such as white thorn and mulberry. The taste is harmonious, fresh and savory with a hint of mineral and a good persistence.

Sting and his wife Trudie Styler purchased this estate and villa many years ago, a labour of love that has yeilded some very good wines over the years. From the mid-1500s Il Palagio has harvested, fermented and bottled its own wines. Sting and Trudie have gone to great lengths to keep the tradition alive. Using organic farming methods, they have replanted 11 hectares of vineyards since 2000. Resulting in four beautiful reds: Message in a Bottle, Casino delle Vie, Sister Moon and When We Dance.Thewhite Baci Sulla Bocca is made from Vermentino.
