Weinbach is one of the star domaines of Alsace. Located at the foot of the majestic Schlossberg Hill, the estate was built by the Capuchin Monks in 1612 and has been in the Faller family since 1898. Théo Faller was was a prominent figure in Alsace winegrowing who worked passionately to have the region recognized as an appellation. Today his daughter Catherine leads the Domaine with her sons, Eddy and Théo. Their exquisite range of single vineyard wines express the diversity of the terroir and are crafted using organic and biodynamic practices.
