"We start with glacier-fed water that originates on the eastern slopes of the Canadian Rockies and Canadian molasses. It is distilled in a Canadian-made copper pot still and matured in freshly emptied bourbon barrels from Woodford Reserve until the desired maturation is achieved. The Rum is spiced with a specially curated collection of fresh spices and finished with a combination of fancy and blackstrap molasses."
