In the year 2000, Georges Perrot established his own vineyards with land that he acquired as a result of his tenant farming or via sharecropping in the communes of Rasteau and Buisson, which represents an area of 15 hectares. With a helping hand from fate, he rented an old cellar for the 2002 harvest, and Domaine La Collière was born. In 2003 he built his modest little cellar in the Vaucluse in heart of the southern Rhone Valley. The wine is a blend of Vermentino (95%) and Clairette, fermented in stainless steel tanks followed by 8 months in barrique.
