In the anticipation for the release of No Time To Die, we have been graced with the release of The 007 edition of Bollinger 2011 Limited edition magnum. A full 1500ml of 007 approved champagne to sip whilst waiting for the new installment! 100% Pinot Noir from the Grand Cru village of Ay and aged for 8 years on lees, this wine is an extrodinarie champagne. To the eye this has a deep golden colour, demonstrating the wine's maturity. The vintage boasts a refined complexity on the nose, with hints of hazelnut, vanilla and citrus fruits. On the palate, the maturity of this Champagne shines through yet remains fresh and lively, with subtle flavours of plum and honey adding real character.
