Brewed with 60 percent wheat, 40 percent barley - using top fermenting yeast, it is then slowly lagered and remains unfiltered throughout the finish. Pours cloudy orange. Aroma has note sof cloves, slightly tart wheat and banana. Taste: cloves upfront with wheat malt and banana - slightly tart overall. The finish has notes of clove, pepper & lemon. It is light- to medium-bodied and dry.
