She then honed her skills working alongside some of the world's most respected winemakers, including Comtes Lafon, Ernie Loosen in the Mosel and Freddie Mugnier in Chambolle Musigny. Today, Jane stands as a leading luminary among the emerging class of micro-negociants, finally setting up her own winery in the small village of Cissey in Volnay.
