Kiwami means 'supreme'. While we're uncertain whether the term 'supreme' refers to the Canadian whisky, the Scotch whisky or the marriage of the two that make up this neat little blend, there is simply no arguing with results. This is just infinitely quaffable stuff at the exact right price point. Full disclosure: this is only Japanese whisky based on where it was matured, not produced. That's okay, though, so long as you're willing to just be led by your taste buds. And if you want to add a little bit of wow factor to the story...Togouchi is aged in a decommissioned 361 metre long railway tunnel instead of traditional warehouses!

Distilled and produced by St George Spirits of California, The Baller Single Malt Whiskey is an homage to the Japanese style. The whiskey is finished in casks that previously held Umeshu/Plum Liqueur that was also made at St. George Spirits. Bottled at 47%.
About The Label
"Distiller Lance Winters did the art direction for the label, which re-imagines the legend of St. George as a samurai. The original watercolor on the front label was by Oakland artist Sylvia Solochek Walters, done to emulate woodcut. The calligraphy was done by Eri Takase of Takase Studios."
