This botanically sweet gin contains fresh peach, Madagascan vanilla, floral notes from chamomile, jasmine and orange flowers, with body provided by milk thistle seeds. No sugar or sweetener added. Bottled at 41% to balance the floral notes with the sweetness and body provided by the peach and milk thistle."
About Holyrood Distillery
Holyrood is a new Scottish distillery, which opened in 2019 in the heart of Edinburgh. The project is the vision of Calgarians Rob & Kelly Carpenter along with Scotch industry veteran David Robertson. The distillery is an old train shed at the foot of Arthur's Seat at 73 St. Leonard's Hill, across the street from fictional detective Rebus's precinct. While the wait begins for whisky to mature they are producing gin and other spirits. Holyrood is the first whisky distillery to operate in Edinburgh in almost 100 years.

Zuidam / Millstone's Old Tom Gin is comprised of juniper, sweet orange, fresh whole lemons, coriander, angelica, licorice, whole vanilla beans, elderflower and iris root. It is aged and mellowed for a time in American oak barrels.
