By the look of things this 1989 Highland Park single cask was bottled in the nick of time, having dropped to 40.6%. Matured 29 years in a Hogshead cask. Only 6 bottles coming to KWM, excusively to KWM.

Producer Tasting Note

Nose: Light peat smoke, liquorice, salted caramel.

Palate: Tropical fruits, gooseberries, white grapes.

Finish: Smoke reappeares with lemon zest and more orchard fruits.
