Producer's Tasting Note

"Gold in colour with a good bead.

"A fantastic example of an Island style whisky.

A sweet nose with Werther’s Originals and Caramac bars, laced with delicate smoke. Hints of vanilla, star anise and blackcurrant in the background.

"Rich and oily in texture. Flavours of Manuka honey, bog myrtle and smoked meat on the palate with a saline/salty finish."
