A lovely peated Irish single malt from the Cooley Distillery. Bottled at 52.3% from a single ex-Bourbon Barrel. Only 6 bottles came to Canada, exclusively to KWM!

Producer Tasting Note

Nose: Initial smoke followed by bruised fruits, popping candy, fresh mint and kiwi

Flavour: Kiwi continues, green grapes, black olives

Finish: Feint mustard seed notes, subtle earthiness. Classic Peaty Cooley.
