Exclusive to KWM - this Tomintoul from indie bottler Cadenhead's was distilled in 2006 and bottled in 2018 at 11 years old. It is a marriage of three ex-Bourbon barrels with the sinful outturn of 666 bottles. Only 24 coming to KWM for Canada! 55.4% ABV.

Nose: Peppermint creams, creamy toffee and tiramisu.
Palate: Hard boiled toffee sweets and star anise
Finish: Gingerbread, wood shavings and cinnamon buns.

Tomintoul is one of the many Scottish distilleries that used to tack on the name Glenlivet to its distillery name as a sign of quality. Fittingly it is only a few miles from the fabled Glen. Its 16 year is a soft, easy-going and pleasant expression that was matured in American Oak casks.
