This 11 year old Knochdu (the distillery which produces the anCnoc single malt) was filled in to a hogshead in 2006, and bottled at 54.7%.

Proudcer Tasting Note

Nose: Tea leaves, raspberry ice cream and slight flint notes

Flavour: Peppery watercress, dried earthiness, biscotti

Finish: Cardamom seeds, peach stones. Very moreish.
