A very affordable style of French brandy, from a well-known producer! St. Remy is a French Brandy (not technically cognac as cognac may only be made from grapes and distilled in the Cognac region.) Matured in small oak barrels, it has notes of cherries and raspberries with touches of vanilla and oak. Suave and well balanced - and what a great price!

Torres Brandy is principally made from the Parellada, a very delicate white Catalan grape. The grape thrives in the cool microclimate of the mountains in the upper Penedes. This brandy is obtained by the distillation of only select wines. Double distillation in copper pot stills, followed by the careful selection of the finest and most aromatic fractions, and ageing in Limousin oak barrels.

The Jaime I brandy is made with very old 'soleras' aged from selected distilled white wines.These old reserves have been enriched with the best soleras, the oldest being 30 years old. Jaime I is deep, rich and dark amber in colour. It displays a concentrated complex bouquet, with marked overtones of coconut, dried fruits and spices, typical of lengthy ageing. Round and lush, it has the smoothness that characterises great brandies. Complex and majestic, with a lingering finish that leaves a velvety imprint on the palate.
