Brioche is a KJ selection made by Proven Wines in California. The fruit was sourced from vineyards in Sonoma and Mendocino and was made by the assistant winemaker at Babcock. He wanted to create a wine in response to all the oaky, buttery-style Chardonnays out there but with more balance and nuance. The result is a crisp, bright Chardonnay with hints of stone fruit, apple, and pear along with a subtle, buttery richness from which it derives its name. It is a great wine to sip whilst enjoying a classic cheese board, buttered popcorn or lobster! Terrific value for California Chardonnay of this calibre! A KWM exclusive.

The legendary Meadows vineyard lies next to Santa Rosa Creek and is dry-farmed due to the amount of water available deep in the soil for the vines to reach for.
