Producer Tasting Note

Nose: smoked kippers, role map herring, coastal flavours, crushed sea salt.

Palate: peanut butter, apple smoked, tea leaves, cooked fruits, tannins.

Finish: sooty, pebbly, smoked herring, smoked cheese, toasted barley.
