Aroma: A rich and mature nose with robust character, with notes of dry fruit, chocolate and spices.
Flavour: Sweet, full and exceptionally well rounded. Toffee and barley sugar with a hint of smoke and peat flavours.
Finish: Medium to long finish.

Some of the ex-Bourbon is finished for 2 years in New American oak. The whisky is then mellowed in their famous Solera Vat before marrying in Portugese Oak tuns. $2 per 750ml bottle is donated to Wounded Warriors in Canada.
