Stephanie and Eduard Tscheppe-Eselböck are the couple behind this winery in Oggau, where their wines are made using traditional methods. Grapes are partly pressed in 19th-century wood presses and then are fermented without additives or modern techniques. Antanius is organic, biodynamic and made from hand-picked grapes, without fining or filtering. Suitable for vegans, Atanasius is a fresh, minerally red made from Blaufrankisch grapes. The name Atanasius comes from a fictional character created by the label's designer Jung von Matt!
