In Comus the folk at Bruichladdich have attempted to balance the heavy-rough-peat with the subtle-soft-sweetness of the sauternes wine cask. Comus is the son of Baccus (God of Wine) and also the name of a play by John Milton which is characterized by a battle between virtue and pleasure.
