This Glen Garioch 23 year old has been bottled at 54.4% from 2 Hogshead Casks filled in 1991. Exclusive to KWM in Canada, only 12 bottles will be available. 

Producer's Tasting Note

Nose: Runny toffee, lime zest, a little saltiness and also some herbal notes, fennel, thyme and some melted butter.

Palate: Some earthy notes, almost smoke like.  Growing dark chocolate with tingling spice.  Green bananas and freshly cut grass.

Finish: Soft ashiness giving way to orange sorbet and some iced sponge cake.

Distillery Fact: Glengarioch now owned by Beam Suntory has always been in the shadow of it’s sister distilleries Bowmore and Auchentoshan, given time in cask this whisky is equally a match for it’s siblings.
