This 19 year old Cadenhead Small Batch bottling was bottled at 58.5% from 2 hogsheads. Distilled in 1995 only 12 bottles coming to Canada exclusively to KWM.

Distiller's Tasting Note

Nose: Oranges and milk chocolate.  Soft leather notes and hints of darjeeling tea and growing grassy notes.

Palate: Chocolate chip cookies, white chocolate buttons and then apple skins.  A little earthy notes and some faint ginger.

Finish: Some ginger spiciness, growing syrupy notes.  Then grapes, kiwi fruits and celery salt.

Distillery Fact: Glen Spey is an often overlooked single malt with most of the production going into J&B blended whisky.  the distillery uses a mixture of 46 hour and 100 hour fermentations which are always mixed pre-distillation.
