This 23 year old Cadenhead Small Batch release of Auchentoshan has been bottled at a very low cask strength of 46.6% from a pair of barrels filled in 1992. 

Producer's Tasting Note

Nose: Mint leaves, stewed pears, plums with lemon grass lemon curd.

Palate: Effervescent, lemon sherbet, pear cider and a little chalky.  Then fresh juicy apples and pears.

Finish: Salted honeycomb, makes you wish for more and more.

Distilery Fact: Often wrongly described as being the only triple distilled whisky in Scotland however Hazelburn is also made using triple distillation.
