Edradour Bourbon Matured Decanter

This 2003 Vintage Edradour Bourbon matured release was distilled in February of 2003 and bottled in March of 2015 at 55.6%. 1,979 decanters were filled as part of this release with only a small quantity coming to Alberta.

Andrew's Tasting Note

Nose: very soft, creamy and fruity, melons, fresh lime, creamy oak and even a hint of soft goat cheese; there is a hint of decadent honey and vanilla;

Palate: honeyed, creamy and silky soft for just 12 years and 55.6%; more melon, lime and even a touch of pineapple; there is a toasty base, floral tones and some dried orchard fruit;

Finish: clean, elegant and very soft!
