Distiller’s Tasting Note
Nose: Aromatic, spiced sherry-poached pears sprinkled with Muscovado sugar surrounded by a deep, leathery character.
Palate: Dark chocolate covered rum raisins with a sharp twist of zest develop to treacle toffee and herbal oak spices in the traditional sherried finish.
