Distiller’s Tasting Note
Nose: Dried apricots with a crisp twist of citrus zest develop to dark sundried raisins and waves of espresso and dark chocolate.
Palate: Fresh, peppery oak spices flood through rich sultanas, dark chocolate covered coffee beans and classic, robust sherry characters. Hints of nutmeg, cinnamon and clove oil add an everlasting depth.
