Exclusive to KWM in Canada, the Cadenhead Small Batch range features some exceptional single casks of whisky from Scotland's oldest Independent Bottler. This Old Pulteney bottling is from a single Ex-Bourbon barrel bottled at 53.7%. 198 bottles were produced with just 6 bottles for Canada! Old Pulteney is a whisky almost never seen from Independent Bottlers, making this one very rare!

 

Producer's Tasting Note

Nose: Rich sweet and creamy with some coastal notes like a summer breeze in the Mediterranean, some spring cut grass and salted caramel.

Palate: More rich vanilla mingling with that soft coastal tone from the nose. Rich fruity and smooth building on the palate with grapes and lemon notes. This is a classic dram that seems to just grow.

Finish:That soft coastal note from the palate and nose is evident in the finish making this a consistent dram from start to finish. Thick rich creamy greek style yoghurt with peach slices and ground hazel nuts with a little honey drizzle.
