Bottled in 2015 at 46% with its natural colouring and without Chill-Filtering, this Small Batch Release from Cadenhead, Scotland's oldest Independent Bottleris exclusive to KWM in Canada. Only 24 bottles have come into the market!

Producer's Tasting Note

Nose: The first thing you will notice is a soft fresh cut herbal note with, some green chillies but not the heat! Apple skins and some cinnamon give way to lemon meringue pie.

Palate: The palate arrives with the herbal notes of fresh cut basil and some sage, then we get a fresh cut oak and some soft sweet white fruits with just a dash of orange and maybe lemon zest.

Finish: The finish has a quite dazzling hint of candied dried pineapple with some white chocolate and fresh cut apple notes. Quite a charming little dram that gave the tasting panel a great start to the new 2015 range."
