Speymalt is Gordon & MacPhail's exclusive range of Macallan whiskies. Their depth of selection from this distillery is greater than that of any other firm save the distillery itself. Bottled at 43% from First Fill and Refill Sherry casks. 

Producer's Tasting Note

Nose: Delicate Sherry influences with sweet Highland toffee and banana aromas. Hints of lemon and peppermint linger.

Palate: The palate is peppery initially with pear, pineapple and orange peel flavours. Complimented by a creamy milk chocolate and Brazil nut edge.

Andrew's Tasting Note

Nose: butterscotch, lots of malt, lots of citrus and some creamy oak; a touch floral, wine gums and barley sugars.

Palate: malty and honeyed, more wine gums, citrus and clean toasty oak; some spice and more floral hints.

Finish: coating, sugary and malty with fading floral flourishes.
