The 12 year Greenwood is a limited release from Scotland's most traditional and oldest family owned distillery. The core spirit produced at the distillery, which goes by the same name, is 2 1/2 times distilled and lightly peated. This release was matured in Ex-Bourbon casks and has been bottled without colouring or chill-filtering at 46%. Only 9000 bottles released Worldwide.

Distiller’s Tasting Note

Nose: This whisky has a real Springbank nose, earthy, peat with a salty coastal influence.

Palate: The palate is fruity; apricots and peaches are accompanied by buttery, creamy nutty shortbread. This is a lip licking whisky, oily and chewy.

Finish: The finish is long, smooth and complex with a lingering sweetness and saltiness.”
