Arran's award winning 10 year old has long been a favourite of ours. It is often our recomendation as a "gateway", entry level or breakfast malt. Bottled at 46% without colouring or chill-filtering this gift pack is priced the same as the 10 year with two glasses.

Distiller's Tasting Note
Nose:The initial rush of rich vanilla sweetness gives way to the fruits of slow distillation – kiwi, banana, cantaloupe melon – with just a dusting of cocoa powder. It is undoubtedly complex and yet the aromas are in complete harmony with the malt.
Palate: A touch of cinnamon adds a spicy edge to the soft and sweet texture which captivates the palate. The classic Arran citrus notes have rounded with age and reveal new depths of character against a background of sweet oak.
Finish: It drifts over the tongue like golden syrup and fades ever so slowly to tempt another sip. This is a beautifully made whisky.

The Arran 10 Year has been a staple at KWM for more than a decade. We love the fact that it is un-chill filtered and bottled without colouring at 46%. It is a great whisky for those just cutting their teeth or those in search of a great quality whisky that doesn't break the bank. The latest batches show a bit more sherry influence creeping in.

The 18 year old Arran was added to the distillery's core range in 2016 for its 21st anniversary. Bottled at 46%, un-Chillfiltered and with no colouring added, the Arran 18 year old is created predominantly from carefully selected first and second-fill Ex-Sherry casks. Rich, fruity with some soft spices in style, the 18 year year old Arran represents a great value for its age. The new packaging looks good, but I still love the old one! #torn The current release was bottled 05/09/25.
