Seven Fathoms Rum makes its way to us from the Cayman Islands where it is distilled and aged in a fairly unique way. This organic rum is actually aged in ex-Bourbon Barrels that are submerged Seven Fathom / 42 feet deep in the ocean on the coast of Grand Cayman.
