A 25-year-old rum from Nicaragua's Flor de Cana, and the top of Flor de Cana's range! The family-owned brand goes back to 1890 and produces all of its rums from estate-grown cane sugar. The Centenario 25 is a deep amber colour, with notes of vanilla, wood and cocoa. On the palate, look for pleasant fruit, almond and caramel notes, and a long, wonderful finish.
