This is a fitting follow up bottling to the stunning single sherry casks released in the Solist range. the distillery wanted something at a lower price point and with a little softer palate, so they created this batch release bottled at 46%. 

From the Producer: "Kavalan Sherry Oak single malt whisky is purposely reduced in strength from our best-seller of Solist Sherry expression with Kavalan spring water to 46% abv. This new release may not be a single cask strength whisky, it nevertheless retains all the essential qualities of Kavalan sherry single malt.

With the combination of Kavalan natural water, Kavalan Sherry Oak is incredibly smooth with soft sweetness lingering over unique flavours. Kavalan Sherry Oak is easy to drink and could be a perfect malt whisky to share with friends and family on most occasions."
