While older Port Ellen's have been highly collectible for years, it is only just becoming apparent that event the active distilleries on Islay are short on older stocks. The oldest official release of Caol Ila have been a handful of 25 year olds. This superb, peaty, 30 year old from Signatory, an independent bottler, is a real curiosity!
